Our goal as employers and members of White Mountain Country Club is to finish each summer season with the thought that this was the best summer ever. The club employs over 80 people during the summer season. The various departments are:
- Golf Course Maintenance
- Food & Beverage
- Building Maintenance
- Pro Shop
- Rec Hall
We will begin taking applications for 2017 season in April 2017.

- Housekeeping/Maintenance (Clubhouse)
- Snack Bar
- Youth Recreation Center Counselors
